One Engine. Four Surfaces.
The Deployment Surface Map
The Kairos Substrate compiles to four targets from one Rust codebase. The deployment shape follows the regulatory and latency requirements of the host environment. The CLI is open. The Substrate engine is commercial, licensed per deployment.
The native Rust binary. Deterministic, sub-millisecond, embeddable on bare-metal, hypervisors, and safety MCUs. Air-gapped operation with zero telemetry.
The deterministic engine through a managed API and the Python SDK. Built for parameter sweeps, research workloads, and multi-agent orchestration at high throughput.
The KAIROS CLI and trace tools. Headless validation, replay diff, policy lint, and CI/CD gates. The free entry point for engineers and CI pipelines.

Coming Soon
The fourth surface is the visual command-and-control plane. WebGL topology, live agency / constraint sliders, phase-space trajectory plotting, and an immutable ledger of irreversible commitments. It arrives after Substrate, Cloud, and Tooling stabilize for the first wave of pilots.
